May 27 | Noon
Similar to how I sent the messaging presentation, I will send y’all a deck and video presenting two branding concepts. Receiving everything a week in advance will give you time to sit with the concepts and thoughtfully consider how you feel about each direction.
June 11 | Noon
I will send y’all the section with final refinements along with an updated video and presentation deck. Receiving everything in advance will give you time to thoughtfully review and consider the refinements before our meeting.
June 17 | 5:30 PM
We will meet virtually to gather final feedback on the refinements. Depending on where we land, this may be our final meeting, though one additional meeting may be needed to approve the final edits.

January 28
We’ll begin with introductions, align on expectations and schedule, and review the process. We’ll close with clear next steps and any homework.
February 4
We’ll recap the site visit, review mission, vision, values, and positioning, and explore archetypes. We’ll end by identifying key themes and initial directions for the brand concept.
February 28
We’ll check in, review key decisions so far, and walk through how to evaluate storyboard concepts. Then we’ll review options together and select a direction to move forward.
March 11
This session focuses on evaluating design concepts and reviewing the direction so far. You’ll walk through how to assess each option, then select one concept to refine and develop further.
May 13 | 5 PM
In-person
We’ll review the results of your questionnaire and use that input to clarify and strengthen your direction. Together, we’ll define a clear vision and begin shaping a focused, meaningful tagline.
