Love, Learn, Serve

Cornerstone United Methodist Church is a faith community in Newnan, Georgia that loves like Jesus, welcomes those who feel alone, and connects every generation to learn and serve side by side.

Inspiration came from a hard season. COVID divided the congregation, and Cornerstone answered it by refusing to separate people by age, becoming one church where every generation worships, learns, and serves together. Their name held the idea we needed. A cornerstone is where two walls meet, the very definition of unity. Keeping the cross was essential, so we built one from many small individual lines rather than a single solid shape.

This mark is many becoming one. Each line is small and cannot stand alone. Drawn near to one another, they form the shape of the cross, the same way separate people and different generations become one body.
